How does a swap get confirmed?
Agree the swap in chat and meet in person. When you’re both happy with the items, you each confirm it in the app: one of you shows a QR code and the other scans it.
How do I get verified?
Go to your profile and start the verification flow. We typically review requests within 48 hours.
Is it safe to meet other collectors?
Always meet in a busy public place. Before each meetup the app gives you a quick safety reminder, and you can report or block anyone at any time. The decisions are always yours.
Report a problem
Found a bug, an inappropriate listing or a suspicious user? Email us with as much detail as possible (screenshots help) and we will investigate. You can also report or block anyone directly in the app.
